Global buyers can find thousands of suppliers. The difficult part is knowing who can deliver consistently, compliantly, and at the required pace.
The reality
Factories often promise more than they can consistently deliver — and cost comparisons rarely price in execution risk.
Once production begins, buyers lose sight of progress and quality. Problems surface too late.
Language, culture and time zones slow decisions and create misunderstandings.
Supplier, inspection company and freight forwarder each manage a part — no one is accountable for the whole.
Finding suppliers is easy. Finding the right supplier —
and knowing they can deliver — is not.

Methodology · Supplier qualification
Supplier claims become verified evidence — five dimensions of on-site scrutiny, so sourcing decisions are made on proof, not promises.
The JES team on-site at a supplier facility — assessment in person, not by questionnaire.
Methodology · Quality governance
Quality is governed throughout the sourcing lifecycle — not inspected only at the end. Five stages, one unbroken line of governance.
Together, JES Verified™ and JES QC360™ provide complete visibility and control — from supplier qualification through successful delivery.
Beyond the methodologies
Proactive supplier management and coordinated logistics — a single owner protecting the outcome.
From concept validation through production readiness, supported end-to-end.
Across language, culture and time zones — solving problems in your supplier's language, reporting in yours.
Decades of experience working with Asian manufacturers and hundreds of factory visits and supplier assessments — distilled into a repeatable, structured process.
Where the model comes from
Decades of working with manufacturers across Asia taught us that successful sourcing takes far more than selecting the right supplier.
That experience became the foundation for JES Verified™ and JES QC360™.
Our experience turns clarity into control —
and control into predictable results.
Fee structure
Project-based
A defined project fee applies when JES is engaged to identify, screen and qualify new suppliers. The scope is agreed upfront and reflects the complexity of the sourcing requirement.
Success-based
Where JES introduces and develops a supplier relationship that results in business, a success-based fee applies. The structure reflects the nature of the introduction and resulting purchase activity.
Ongoing
Where ongoing local support is required, JES works on a retainer basis covering agreed supplier management, communication, issue resolution, quality coordination and reporting.
Every engagement is scoped individually. Fees reflect project complexity, level of JES involvement and the ongoing support required.
